Our Factory
Our factory is based in the heart of Chantaburi, well known for its tropical fruits especially mangosteen. Our orchard produces only organic mangosteen certified by the Ministry of Agriculture Thailand and are pesticide and chemical free. This is very important to us since we extract natural xanthones from the rind to produce our juice. Our juice is pure 100% mangosteen juice made without the use of preservatives, sugar or sweeteners. We do not mix with other juices or dilute with water. Being near the natural source, this ensures that our product maintains its freshness and contains all its vitamins. We use the best technology to produce our products and use Flash Sterillization in order to kill bacteria and spoilage micro-organisms, to make the product safer and extend its shelf life.
We believe in quality and periodically send our juice for testing to make sure that our standards are consistent from batch to batch.

"this juice" is pure 100 % mangosteen Juice, processed through Flash Sterillization, in a 300 ml glass bottle. Our product contains NO SUGAR OR SWEETENERS, NO PRESERVATIVE AND HAS NO COLOR ADDED. Most mangosteen juice sold today is diluted with water and other fruit juices and may not contain many of these powerful xanthones but "this juice" is pure mangosteen juice or puree made from the whole mangosteen fruit consisting of the flesh, seed, and rind (pericarp) for your utmost health benefits.
What is Mangosteen?
Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) is an exotic fruit grown throught Southeast Asia. Mangosteen fruit contains xanthones, the chemical compounds that have antioxidant properties. Antioxidants may help prevent the formation of cancer cells caused by free-radical damage. Mangosteen fruit may also boost immune system function, helping your body to heal wounds and prevent bacterial infections. Mangosteen has the highest amount of different xanthones in the fruit; over 40 are found in the mangosteen fruit. Each xanthone has its own unique property. Xanthone is among one of the most potent antioxidants known, stronger than vitamins C and E. Mangosteen is near the top of the list of foods with high antioxidant capacity, as measured on the ORAC score.
What is ORAC?
ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) test is one of the most accurate ways to measure the ability of antioxidants in a certain substance to absorb free radicals. A high ORAC value corresponds to high antioxidant strength.The antioxidant’s strength is its ability to eliminate oxygen free radicals. With the ORAC score, a higher score means the food is better at helping us fight diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Foods with a high ORAC score may be able to protect cells and their components from oxidative damage. Oxygen radicals are chemicals that form naturally inside the body through the process of oxidation. Everyday functions such as digestion and physical activity produce oxygen radicals. Daily exposure to polluted air, rancid food and oxidizing radiation from the sun and electrical appliances also contribute. ORAC has shown that an ounce of mangosteen juice has 20 to 30 times the ability to absorb free radicals than one ounce of most fruits and vegetables.The higher the ORAC score, the better is for the body.

What is Flash Sterillization?
"this juice" uses Flash Sterillization which is a process used by the best manufacturers to process mangosteen juice. This method uses higher temperatures than traditional Sterillization and only requires about 15 seconds rather than 30 minutes. The juice is rapidly heated for a short period of time to a temperature high enough to eliminate harmful bacteria, like E. coli 0157:H7, then quickly cooled to retain fresh flavors and nutrients. By precisely controlling time and temperature, Flash Sterilized juices are as close to nature as safely possible.
Standard Sterillization, used by most other juice producers, requires higher temperatures for longer periods of time. While Standard Sterillization eliminates bacteria, it can also deteriorate the fresh flavor and nutritional integrity of the juice, but these elements are well preserved in the Flash Sterillization process. Flash Sterillization is especially beneficial to maintain the flavor, color and nutritional benefits of certain products such as fruit juices. This method is able to further extend the shelf life of certain products compared to traditional sterillization.

How is "this juice" best consumed?
"this juice" is best served cold. Shake well and once opened, can be kept 3 - 7 days refrigerated. Unopened juice can be stored in a room temperature.
How much should I drink?
Our product is a fruit juice. It is not a supplement. You can drink half a bottle, one bottle, or as many as desired, when you need to be refreshed, energized or just feel like having mangosteen juice.
Does "this juice" product contain the whole fruit puree of mangosteen, or just the pulp?
Our product includes the white meat, rind (pericarp) and seeds, where much of the xanthone content is concentrated. Each time you drink properly manufactured mangosteen juice, you get over 40 xanthones, each bringing unique benefits to your body.
Is mangosteen the primary ingredient?
What percentage of the product is mangosteen content? You want to look closely at the label on the bottle to see what other ingredients are mixed in. To obtain the greatest benefits, mangosteen should be the primary ingredient. Sometimes, companies will create a blend to make a product taste better by adding water or other fruit juices. "this juice" uses organic fruits in our products.
Yes. "this juice" uses only mangosteens that are grown without the use of pesticides and hazardous fertilizers and is certified organic by the Ministry of Agriculture Thailand. It's best to get a mangosteen product that comes as close to the original whole fruit form as possible, the less processing the better. Our factory is located in Chantaburi province where mangosteen grows.
How long are "this juice" beverages good after opening?
After pouring, if the remaining juice is resealed tightly and kept refrigerated, our juice should stay good until 7 days after opening. But remember, it’s essential to always keeps all of our juices refrigerated after opening and consumed by the ‘enjoy by’ date.
Why is "Flash Sterillization" different than other kinds of sterillization?
Flash sterillization rapidly heats for a short period of time to a temperature high enough to eliminate harmful bacteria, then quickly cooled to retain fresh flavors and nutrients. While normal heating to a high temperature for long periods of time affects the flavor and nutritional value of the product.
Is there any vitamin loss after the juice is made?
No, since we use high temperature at a short period of time, we are able to retain all the nutrients. Our juices have been tested for nutritional content at various stages of production. Our label information reflects the nutritional content so you can feel confident in what you see on our nutritional label.
Why do we use glass bottles?
Glass is made from natural raw materials and has no bacteria or harmful toxins. Glass bottles contain no chemicals that can spread to the juice. It also acts as a barrier against outside influence.

PET-Polyethylene Terephthalate is a thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family and is used in synthetic fibers; beverage, food and other liquid containers PET/PETG Heat Shrinkable Colour Labels have been established as the most preferred method of labeling for odd shaped containers where very high shrinkage (75-78%) is required. These types of labels are generally used over PET Bottles / containers are they are easily recyclable along with the container itself thus proving eco friendly. This material offers the best scuff resistance and also the highest percentage of shrink. It is pasturizable and is also easily recycled.
Any Scientific Research on Mangosteen?
There is some scientific research that supports mangosteen's possible use. Back in 2002, a clinical laboratory published an article in "Biochemical Pharmacology," about mangosteen’s possible use to help control inflammation. Another was done in 2006 on mangosteen's ability to act against cancer. In a clinical study published in "Chemical and Pharmaceutical Bulletin," researchers found that alpha-mangostin -- a xanthone found in mangosteen -- was toxic to human cancer cells, including those of breast cancer, lung cancer and carcinoma of the mouth.

What Are Xanthones?
Xanthones are active and natural substances and are extremely powerful antioxidants. Xanthones are among one of the most potent antioxidants known, stronger than vitamins C and vitamin E. Scientists have discovered over 200 different varieties of xanthones in nature and 40 are found in mangosteens especially the skin (pericarp). Each of the 40 xanthones in a mangosteen has its own exceptional property. No other tropical fruit has been found to contain as much xanthones as the mangosteen. Mangosteen's xanthones, alpha-mangostin and gamma-mangostin, serve as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents. Xanthones are heat stable molecules. Since we use flash sterillization, these xanthones will not lose their structure under heat.
Mangosteen also contains Garcinone-E, which researchers suggest may be useful for the treatment of certain types of cancer since it has an antitumor agent. They aid in the balancing and use of amino acids, which are essential to human metabolism. Xanthones clean the blood, repair the liver, assist the body to convert food to energy, and stop painful inflammation.
What Is Antioxidant?
Antioxidant is a substance that protects the body and immune system from free radicals. Free radicals are unstable atoms with an unpaired electron. When a free radical comes in contact with a stable atom, it steals the electron it needs from the stable atom. This leaves the once stable atom irreparably damaged and prone to succumb to disease. These disease-causing toxins then attack our immune system with viruses, bacteria, fungi and other harmful agents. Over time, the free radicals build up and cause diseases like cancer, heart disease and more. Environmental pollution, cigarette smoking, and radiation are some of the causes of the formation of free radicals.
